Mike Ash, the Associate Pastor, helped Matt and Sarah Keller plant Next Level Church.  He oversees Family Ministries and Community Outreach.

Staci Bedenbaugh is the administrative assistant to Mike Ash.  She is involved with organizing the monthly “Third Saturday Serve Day” events in our communities downtown.

Mike Cole is the Worship Pastor.  His specialty is helping set the environment for the people of Next Level to connect with God through corporate worship.

Scott Drummond is the Pastoral Care Pastor.  He is passionate about helping to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the people of Next Level Church.

Josh Homan, the Children’s Pastor, directs Next Level’s Children’s Ministry.  He oversees programming for infants through 5^th graders.

Will Hutcherson, the Student Ministries Pastor, directs a mid-week service for middle and high school students.  He also invests much of his time into training young leaders.

Jennifer Jackson is the Creative and Marketing Director.  She oversees all marketing initiatives and makes all of Next Level Church’s creative ideas for weekend services a reality.

Kyle Jackson, the Connection Pastor, oversees all of Next Level’s connection groups.  He empowers volunteers in the church by training and equipping them to be leaders.

Matt Keller is the founder and lead pastor of Next Level Church.  He also coaches church planters across America.

Sarah Keller is the Experience Director.  Much of her focus is on the excellence of the experience at Next Level’s three weekend services.

Chelsie Loor is the Administrative Assistant to Matt Keller.  She helps “take the noise away” for Matt so that he is able to focus on his gifting and calling.

Erin Noell is the Administrative Assistant to Sarah Keller.  She has been Sarah’s right-hand lady for years, serving and supporting her in a remarkable way.

Preston Stutzman is the Production Director.  He directs Next Level’s weekend services in all areas pertaining to lighting, sound, and video.

As the Office Manager, Cheri Williams ensures that the Next Level office runs like a well-oiled machine.  She oversees all the daily activities that take place in the office.
